Shipping
- Order handling time: 1-3 business days.
- Default carrier: USPS Priority.
- For US domestic, delivery time is about 3-5 business days. For international package, delivery time is about 10-20 business days. This time will depend on customs clearance time and local transportation.
- Shipping cost for US domestic medium to large package: $30
- For international shippings, please keep in mind that each country has different VAT (Value Added Tax) policies. Some may require you to pay beforehand, some may require you to pay at customs.
- Shipping cost for International medium to large package: $70
- If you have a special request such as UPS Next day delivery, please Contact me before you place the order. Please be sure to review our return policy as well.
- All packages are tracked and insured.
- I usually ship ASAP, so please make sure your information is correct before submitting the final order. If you need to change the shipping address, etc., please leave me a message via the Contact page. Refer to the return policy if there are any issues.
- All original paintings ship with signature service no matter which carrier. That means they need recipients’ signature as proof of delivery. If you miss the first delivery, please pay attention to any post notice.
- If the checkout page doesn’t provide a shipping method to your country, please feel free to contact me. I can modify it.
